Boston Chargers Football and Cheerleaders

Boston Chargers Football & Cheerleading organization seeks Program Expansion and Capacity Building support to assist and expand our growth within the community as well as support including technical assistance and funding to implement a strategic growth plan to secure a long-term sports and program for the neighborhood.

Boston Chargers Football and Cheerleaders will serve as a safe-haven for proven-risk youth who participate in the program with a goal to co-create an environment in which program participants can develop open and trusting relationships with peers, adults, and wellness and fitness professionals while also participating in social enrichments and outings. The goal is to identify and to build upon each youth’s strengths, to increase their sense of ability to improve decision-making, address and resolve community safety issues to support a successful transition to young adulthood.
